THE AIRPORT AND FLYING



 We ( the  general public) book a flight to a destination.
 We make arrangements to get to the airport and as
 expected, we see airplanes arriving and departing . 
 So, what next? 


We check in and wait in the departure lounge. Finally it is
time to board the flight. We then get comfortable and pay
attention to the air hostesses' flight instructions.

A TRAUMA SCENE AND WHAT IT MEANS

Imagine, you just went to the mall with a friend and had a wonderful time .    You are making your way to your car and this scene is in front of you. What could possibly have gone wrong? Let us explain a trauma scene. When an accident happens, such as above, specific actions are  taken to care for the injured and take them to a place of safety.   Typically, 911 is called and skilled staff arrive on scene to treat  and transfer the injured to the Emergency Room. UNDERSTANDING COMA FOR THE LAYPERSON

  Hi guys, In the image above, a patient who has been in a car accident, is in the hospital. Her sister is visiting and asks the nurse about her progress. She receives negative feedback. Many people are not aware, that patients who are in a coma can still hear. There are situations where patients awaken,  after being in a coma and relate everything that was being said.
